SATURDAY!!
It is saturday and after 3 months of living here I finally got to sleep in on a weekend. That, however, was tempered with waking up at 2:30 am when our upstairs neighbor came home from the bar. I have started a new pro-husband tradition where I cook a home made meal for Saturday dinner. It's a good start for me. I don't feel pressured to perform every single day, and I can spend a leisurely saturday afternoon browsing www.foodnetwork.com for recipes. Tonight will be stuffed shrimp and artichoke with a garlic cream sauce. Last week had something to do with pesto. Now if only I could get my little dog to cooperate with the "leisurely day" plan.
